As Let’s Go Fishing Itasca enters its 17th summer of cruises and fishing trips  we are looking forward to seeing many of our friends once again. We are looking forward to a busy fun fill summer working doing the thing we love best. Making a difference in so many lives and putting the smiles back on the many faces.

As in the past, we will be scheduling summer trips starting early in spring and going on throughout the summer. The calendar will open in April with first outing scheduled the first part of June.

We schedule trips May thru  September 5 days a week Monday thru Friday, you may book a Saturday trip by email or calling us (Sunday is reserved for outing that have their own capt and 1st mate). May is usually reserved for our youth school programs.  We will go to any lake in Itasca County with handicapped accessible bathrooms and loading area, Approximately 95% of our trips are on Pokegama Lake this is due to Tioga being so accessible to handicapped and  loading from their pier.  We travel to the northern part of the county providing this service to the Big Fork area.

Our primary client base includes senior residents of care facilities, support groups, assisted living, adult Day Cares, adult foster homes, organizations, church groups, mental health support groups, and individuals living independently. We also encourage families to book trips that include a senior, veteran or perhaps a disabled individual. In 2024  our goal is to reach more individuals to use our service we hope to set aside 2 days per month for this and if needed will expand to more days,  There is no cost for the Lets Go Fishing service it supported through donations and community support and run by volunteers.

Our strong, committed team of trained volunteer captains and first mates offers our guests the best experience possible, whether fishing or simply cruising. We have received many positive comments and notes of appreciation over the years. so welcome aboard
